1. Installation precautions

2. Use precautions

Before the flow of fluid, the downstream valve of the meter should be closed first, and the upstream valve should be opened, and the flow into the flow meter. Then slowly open the downstream valve of the flow meter, and close the bypass valve, so that the fluid slowly increases, and avoid suddenly opening the valve impact target plate to damage the instrument.

The force of the fluid acting on the target plate is different from that of the hanging weight, so the weight method cannot replace the actual flow calibration completely. To obtain high precision, necessary solid flow calibration is required.

When copying or changing the target plate, pay attention to the machining accuracy of the target plate, otherwise the flow coefficient will be affected. The test data showed that when the TGF of beta =0.8 and the diameter DN= 25, if the target diameter was 0.03mm and the flow coefficient deviation was 1%, the machining accuracy and surface roughness of the target plate also had an influence on the flow coefficient.
